Peru Balsam Essential Oil 100% Pure. Description: Peru Balsam essential oil is produced from the crude balsam by high vacuum dry distillation. It is a pale amber or brown viscous liquid with a rich, sweet, balsamic,'vanilla-like' scent. Common Uses: Peru Balsam essential oil is commonly used to help treat dry and chapped skin, eczema, rashes, sores and wounds, low blood pressure, rheumatism, asthma, bronchitis, coughs, colds, nervous tension and stress. It is also used as an expectorant, parasiticide, stimulant, anti-inflammatory and antiseptic. Blends well with the following essential oils.

Ylang Ylang, Patchouli, Petitgrain, Sandalwood, Rose, Spices, Floral and Oriental bases. Use with caution if pregnant or breast feeding as well as for babies or small children and pets, as it can be toxic in higher doses. May cause irritation to sensitive skin, however it is rare. Please do a patch test on the back of your wrist before applying in large amounts.
