Hops Flower Essential Oil 100% Pure. Description: Hops Flower essential oil is steam distilled from the dried cones or catkins, known as'strobiles'.

It is a pale yellow to reddish-amber liquid with a rich, spicy-sweet aroma. Hops essential oil is best known as a nerve remedy, for insomnia, nervous tension, neuralgia, and also for sexual neurosis in both sexes. It is also a mild sedative, well known in the form of the hop pillow where the heavy aromatic aroma has been shown to relax by direct action at the olfactory centers. Common Uses: Hops Flower essential oil is commonly used to help treat dermatitis, rashes, rough skin, ulcers, asthma, spasmodic cough, indigestion, nervous dyspepsia, headaches, insomnia, nervous tension, neuralgia and stress related conditions. Blends well with the following essential oils.

Pine, Hyacinth, Nutmeg, Copaiba, Balsam, Citrus and Spice essential oils. Use with caution if pregnant or breast feeding as well as for babies or small children and pets, as it can be toxic in higher doses.

May cause irritation to sensitive skin, however it is rare. Please do a patch test on the back of your wrist before applying in large amounts.
